1. The base surface should be clean, dry, solid and absorbent. Remove any loose sections of base surface.  With smooth to medium textured base surfaces (including all woodchip textures), generously roll KlimaTec System adhesive along the lengths (2) using a long-pile roller onto the base surface.

2. Generously apply KlimaTec System adhesive with a lambskin roller to the base surface.

3. Place the lengths of KlimaTec thermal nonwoven butt-jointed to each other onto the wet adhesive and smooth out any bubbles with a foam rubber roller or with a wallpapering palette knife.

4. Cleanly cut off any excess material at external
corners with a Stanley knife or a hooked blade knife. We would recommend that a plastic corner profile is placed over the ERFURT KlimaTec thermal nonwoven to create a perfect visual appearance at external corners.

5. Cleanly cut off any excess KlimaTec thermal nonwoven at the ceiling and floor using a Stanley knife or a hook blade knife and a palette knife or cutting rail.

6. The wall surface is now ideal to hang woodchip and wallpaper upon.
